Residential complex The Valley in Dubai
The Valley is a new villa and townhouse community developed by Dubai's largest developer Emaar Properties. This residential area will be built at the intersection of the E66 Dubai-Al Ain and E77 Jebel Ali Lehbab roads.
The community will consist of a collection of high-end residences surrounded by shops, restaurants, and various recreation areas with a private beach.
It will include several key sub-communities:
- Eden
- Nara
- Talia
- Orania At The Valley

Properties in The Valley
Properties in The Valley Villas are three and four-bedroom units. Each sub-community will feature its own unique collection of residences in different styles, including Arabic. The main color scheme of the district includes light, mostly warm colors: sand and milk.
For example, the Eden community will consist of three or four-bedroom villas in three architectural styles. All villas and townhouses in The Valley Villas will have large windows overlooking the lush gardens.
